Vendors must provide their own equipment i.e.: canopies, tables, chairs etc.
All fees are non-refundable as they are used to promote Vineyard Music Fest.
No electricity or running water is available.
Vineyard Music Fest usually runs from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Set up Time: Vendors can begin set up at 11:00 am. Break down immediately after last Artist gets off stage.
Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it.
We reserve the right to censor any booth.
